My involvement with reverse mortgages started because of my father. While searching for financing options, we stumbled onto reverse mortgages. During our research, we found lots and lots of information, but none of the books were very easy or straightforward or helped guide us to a decision.

However, I did see how a reverse mortgage really helped my Dad get through a tough spot, and I realized there are many other people in a similar situation. Because of my background, I felt I could write a book that provides some real decision-making information and have some fun along the way. So I decided to change that, and I wrote this book.

Look - I'm not going to get rich selling books. The fact is: I like helping folks and I'm having fun. So if it feels good- keep doing it. I really want to hear your success stories, and how this information changes your life, just like it did for my father.
